Price has comtinued to increase without an increase in value. There are still aspects of our unit that have not been fixed in the last five years of living in the same unit.

We have gone through 4 different property managers, the noise that I am complaining about is the motorcycles that are always running at all hours of the night with veterans parkway right across the way by us. The amenities is very lacking. Yes, it is convenient to have in unit washer and dryers but the only other amenity that is offered is a pool. Other Cresten properties have an onsite Gym like Prairies Edge. The other is the lack of camera's. We have had an incident that happened where a person hit our car in the parking lot and the property does not have any camera's where we are located. The location is great. Typically quiet otherwise.

Good place to live. Parking is sometimes an issue but there are spots open usally. Never any noise issues. Staff is really helpfull

Maintenace requests never get done when submitted on the portal. Have to call multiple times so stopped calling and just deal with it.
