We have a professional maintenance team and an excellent manager. This is a townhouse where you can live a quiet, clean, peaceful, and safe life. I've been living here for almost two years. The reason I am able to live here so contentedly is that a maintenance team is always on-site, and the managers consistently treat tenants with kindness and a bright, smiling demeanor. Perhaps it is because Cresten is such a large company, but having a professional maintenance team that consistently resolves issues—and does so with remarkable speed whenever a problem arises—is what makes my living experience here so satisfying. Furthermore, the new manager, Amie—with her warm heart and proactive attitude—always takes the initiative to approach residents, smiling as she asks if there are any issues or discomforts. This is precisely why I look forward to my future life here. I enthusiastically recommend moving in here. The only problem, however, is that there are currently no vacancies. If a spot ever opens up, don't let the opportunity pass you by. Ha Ha
