Its all about the location

Pest control needed more for the property. We wish we could use the clubhouse and it not only just be open during office hours, just lock the interior office and let us enjoy the space. Neighbors dont stick to the valet trash rules. Parking is great, and location is great to downtown simpsonville.

Cottonmill apartments

I have lived here for about a year. The apartment itself is really nice and so is the location. The worst thing is the parking. There are days that if you do not get home before 6pm, you will not find a spot. Another downfall of this apartment complex is the feral cat issue. They are adorable, but they climb all over cars. I have come to find my car covered in muddy paw prints and sometimes even cat hair. I feel as though rent is far too expensive to not get a decent parking spot and to not have your car violated by feral cats. The apartment complex also has a roach issue near the office. Ever since Brittany left, the front office is slow to respond to emails to residents regarding complaints. I have enjoyed the apartment itself, but there are a lot of downfalls.

Everything is wonderful minus the infamous cats lurking around. I love it here and am well pleased. Britney has been very helpful and always on point!
