Excellent location
I have lived here a little over a year. The location of the complex is excellent (close to downtown--can walk!). The apartments are nice with great upgrades/finishes. The community is wonderful and well taken care of. Would recommend to professionals small families.
Location and comfort
I can't say enough nice things about this community. The apartment (Gilder) is spacious and has several large windows allowing plenty of natural light. I love the kitchen and counter tops. The valet trash service, pool and management has been wonderful. You can walk to The Warehouse at Vaughn's and the Authentique French Creperie. Short drive to trails, shops and only a 20 min drive to downtown Greenville. I'm happy to call the Cotton Mill Apartments my home!
