I enjoy living at Cotton Mills Apartments. The locatiom is great. I also enjoy the amenities and good value. Whenever i need help, the front desk always accommodates.

Pest control needed more for the property. We wish we could use the clubhouse and it not only just be open during office hours, just lock the interior office and let us enjoy the space. Neighbors dont stick to the valet trash rules. Parking is great, and location is great to downtown simpsonville.
