The homes appear nice at first, but once you move in, the flaws become evident. While the neighborhood is quiet, the homes are poorly built, and unexpected maintenance costs are forced onto residents without notice. The front office is rarely staffed, and reaching someone by phone is nearly impossible. Parking is a nightmare—residents are forced to park in the street, and if even one tire touches the sidewalk, their vehicle gets towed. The management seems to target its own residents through excessive towing, racking up thousands in fees. Don’t just take my word for it—ask a resident during your tour!

The neighborhood is nice and well-kept. Located off the main roads, but still convenient access to stores/highways. The staff is always prompt is returning questions/requests.
