The maintenance guy Justin is nothing short of amazing! He's always on top of things, incredibly knowledgeable, efficient in his work and is the most polite and respectful maintenance man I've ever dealt with. He has made my experience living in Pine Ridge painless since move in day. Its quiet in the neighborhood and Justin keeps the grounds clean. The office personnel are not the most responsive and its incredibly difficult to get in contact with her. There's not a dedicated office in the community which causes confusion as to where one can go if a resident has admin things that need to be handled. Leaving a message on the voicemail is hit or miss meaning you may or may not get a call back but hey, at least the email works. The home itself is beautiful but there are not any amenities here to equate to the price of the monthly rent. Other than the office personnel and lack of amenities, the community is amazing.
