Amazing Staff
Love this community. Everything from the awesome new staff to the convenience of everything! :)
Great up until a few months ago
Gate was broken for months. Coffee machine has been removed. New office staff is not as friendly or helpful. Apartments are beautiful but walls are thin. Maintenance is prompt and responsive.Loved Novo up until about a few months ago before the management change.
Needs So Much Work
This is a beautiful place. The problems however outweigh the benefits. Way too many dogs, which wouldn’t be a problem except dangerous ones aren’t dealt with and noise from them leaks into neighboring apartments excessively easily. The breakers in my apartment flip whenever they feel like it, I was told this was a feature of the new breakers they use. New management can be friendly but do nothing about problems affecting tenants (aka paying customers) other than attempting to placate them with standard words and phrases you would get from anyone, anywhere, instead of any problems being dealt with.
Less Than A Year
I've been here for less than a year and we already have new management. The walls are extremely thin so I can literally hear my neighbor cough in their apartment and also hear my upstairs neighbor stomping 24/7. The new management is nicer than the old but for a new building, the apartments are extremely fragile. If you so much as hit something against the wall lightly, pieces of the wall will break or the paint chips/stains. The a/c units are extremely loud. It's too expensive for how much you're in your neighbors business and not by choice.
