This place has turned to trash. Use to be a great place to live. Ive been here 18 years and for the first time, Im considering moving

The property is always very well-maintained and clean. The maintenance staff is always attentive and takes care of repairs with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and politeness. The property itself is beautiful, quiet, and rustic.

Oak Pointe is an amazing place to live in. It is filled with warmth, love and care offered by office staff who leave no stone unturned to provide best services. I have not really had any problems besides maintenance they are hard to get to fix things. Like the cold air coming in your doors. Dont feel you should have to ask several times to get done
