love living here

I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed my time. The staff are always friendly and address any problems right away. I love that there is not much turn around at the property. The apartment itself is very spacious and the buildings are very clean.

Great value

I downsized and wanted a space that was affordable enough for me to live alone and large enough for my stuff. The Oaks is both. I didn't want to pay for a large clubhouse or other 'amenities' that I won't use. The neighbors are quiet, but I'm close to a noisy road. It's not a big deal to me. I've always had prompt service and good communication from the staff. They're friendly and professional. Overall, a good choice.
