I am SO pleased that I broke my lease elsewhere to move into the Anderson. The sunlight is everything! My apartment is so cozy yet still very modern. Concerns are addressed timely and adequately! The location is ideal. I couldn't be happier!

The Anderson is a nice okace to live. Good location, awesome staff. Maybe a littl too close to the train. If uou like Living downtown, this location is superb.

Love the staff, love the people that live here, love where it is located. It's getting harder and harder for me because I have so far to walk, and now I must walk with a cane from my 4th floor apartment all the way down to the parking deck and I do have a handicap sticker on my car, but here those parking spots are all the way across the parking deck - just wonder why you all do not have these spots closer to the entrance (the trash cans) but that's it...Love you Guys, Kathie #411
