Nice facilities but so so so so so noisy

Building is nice. Staff is friendly. Main issue is the building is next to train tracks and a very busy and loud intersection. Motorcycles rev their engines as loud as they can while sitting at that light. Trucks rev their engines as loud as they can while sitting at that light. Sports cars rev their engines loud as they can while sitting at that light. This continues as late as 2am or 3am and half of them play music as loud as possible. Also this intersection is next to train tracks, which occasionally means I get train horns in the middle of the night. I don't think the trains are supposed to blow their horns in town, but many definitely still do. To add to it, there are bright-as-the-sun street lights that sit a couple of feet from the second floor balconies. (I have a second floor balcony) I've had to put cloth around my balcony to keep the light out. I used to sit on my balcony at night for the first few months when I moved in, however I stopped as soon as they installed those street lights, which is a shame. Now, sitting on by balcony at night is LITERALLY sitting 4 feet from a bright street lamp's light. I genuinely thought they would be the same lights as further up the street. Yellow-orange-ish lights that resemble more of a sunset than High Noon. But nope, the ones in front of apartments had to be so bright they illuminate my apartment at night. Again, facilities are nice and the people who work here have been nothing but friendly. The rent hasn't gone up a ton since I started living here, but I'm not sure I can justify another lease after this one with a price increase and so so so much noise.

I like it

I like almost everything minus parking when events are going on in rock hill. The restricted areas get taken by non residents. It gets to the point I take off on those events so I can have a place to park.

Decent but overpriced

It's a very loud place to live. The price is going up at a ridiculous rate. It's a decent place, but is becoming not worth the noise and price - especially considering the limited amenities (there's a small gym, but no communal spaces, rooftop or pool).
