I love it here, just way to far to walk w/a cane now...

Love the staff, love the people that live here, love where it is located. It's getting harder and harder for me because I have so far to walk, and now I must walk with a cane from my 4th floor apartment all the way down to the parking deck and I do have a handicap sticker on my car, but here those parking spots are all the way across the parking deck - just wonder why you all do not have these spots closer to the entrance (the trash cans) but that's it...Love you Guys, Kathie #411

Love the Anderson!

We love living at the Anderson. Its convenient to our work and everywhere we like to visit after work and on weekends. What it lacks in amentities it more than makes up for with its location - being on Main Street IS its greatest amentity! The staff are always kind and responsive and all the other residents are friendly. We would definitely recommend it if youre looking to live close to downtown Rock Hill!

It is pretty quite over all other then the weeknds when people are out in down town, i do hate the parking because i cant fit in the parking garage. I woukd be abel to fit in the top but they have a clerance pole for nothing so there for i cant go in the top either as well as the parallel Parkin in front of the building, everyone parks there to go downtown so i lose those spots to which is a little aggravating but other then that its a great place to live, staff and maintenance is great if you ask them for something they are right on it very up class mondern looks in the apartment as well.
