Excessive Noise from Other Tenants and Drug Activity
While I love the property and the staff, tenants are extremely loud at all hours of the day and night. Tenants smoke weed in their units that flow through to other units. I can say that everyone is friendly, but those are just two things that really can destroy a reputation of a property.
