i moved here last year. To get anything done here is like pulling teeth. Nobody in the office communicates or even respond to the multiple emails and photo calls I've left. The Guys in maintenance are great though. The entire complex is covered in trash, creek behind my building that has turned into a landfill over the last year. Im also pretty certain that there's a mold infection in here also. Everything needs to be redone and gone over.

Excessive Noise from Other Tenants and Drug Activity

While I love the property and the staff, tenants are extremely loud at all hours of the day and night. Tenants smoke weed in their units that flow through to other units. I can say that everyone is friendly, but those are just two things that really can destroy a reputation of a property.
