Ready to move
Fair been here 6 years but the prices are just too much for working families and I just can’t deal with it anymore looking forwarding to living in the next six months!

Very Easy
My family and I have been living here for almost 5 years. Since we have been living here we've had a quiet experience within our apartment. Maintenance has always been efficient as far as things needing to be fixed or repaired. My husband and I have addressed some issues with the new staff that I feel are being addressed and not overlooked. We hope that this continues, so it can make for a better community.

My wife and I have been here for 1 year. The staff and maintenance are very nice and helpful. The pool and grounds are well maintained. Our one bedroom apt is plenty large enough for our needs. Overall I would recommend this property.
