The care of the property is average. Owner stop providing carpet cleaning and painting the apartments. The linoleum is cheaper and always splitting.

Loving my new neighborhood!

I recently moved to the neighborhood and I can honestly say I LOVE it here. Its quiet for the most part. The other residents are respectful and kind. Maintenance staff are awesome so far. I would suggest in a better playground for the kids because the playground area has potentional and maybe another dumpster due if possible. Also the pool has yet to open and would love to enjoy that amenity soon!
