my husband and myself recently just moved in 3 weeks ago and we are loving it. so far we have not had an issues with anyone, and everything in the apartment is running smoothly.
Lost for Worsa
My experience living here is ok. If it wasn’t for me going to school. I would have been left. My AC unit is so loud..it runs all night..it freezes all the time. I put a ticket in and all they did was hit it a few times with their fist and that’s it. The carpet is pulled so far from the wall you can feel a drift same thing with the toilet paper holder you can the feel a drift from there too. I have a maintenance in my apartment plenty of times and think one of them asked or offered to say hey let me replace the ceiling with the mold growing at nope or they could of painted over it. The pest control is trash because they only spray in the kitchen which don’t make no sense and I know they are paying a lot of money for them; pest control need to do better.
Decent but dated
The location is nice and the staff here are always kind and professional. I've lived here about 5 years and all the tenets around me seem to only stay about a year and then move. Maintenance is normally quick on responding to issues and are professional and considerate but maintenance issues appear too often and replacement is rarely if ever done. My air conditioner is as old as the building I live in which is mid 70's. Instead of replacing it with a modern option it is just repaired over and over again. I have to run it 24/7 to maintain coolness in my apartment year around which means high electrical bills. It constantly leaks due to blocked drains and creates mold problems. Unknown as to why they can't just replace it. The floors are extremely cheap linoleum which tears when you try to move an appliance to clean under or behind it. Everything else about this place is wonderful but dated. The complex needs a major overhaul for all areas but hasn't been done. The dated issue wouldn't be a problem but the rent goes up every year when it should be going down due to age and wear. If your looking for a decent place that's nicely located this would be the place but do expect some problems for long term residents.
