Previously left a negative review as the locks for my unit were not there and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to resolve it at the time of dropping off my son's car, but Go-Store-It has made it right. I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews when a business does what's needed to fix the issue. They absolutely did so and I appreciate their attention to customer service. Thank you all for sorting out my concerns. Update: after having my son's car the storage facility for 2 months they have nearly doubled the price. Month to month is taking advantage of and I would not recommend. ... Read more

Seems to be good so far. Only issue I had was no gate code in my welcome email. I was ready to move in and no one was in office to answer my call. But the nice lady did return my call with a gate code about an hour later. She was very pleasant so much i didn’t mind the minor inconvenience. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 1211 Roper Mountain Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 1211 Roper Mountain Road start from $12 and can go up to $211 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
