Great staff and good ammenties but the building is not as well maintained as I would expect to see considering the rent . There are also quite a few fees that increase the rent considerably. The building is a few years old now and really could do with an update. I chose it because of the secured entry and no steps to climb after a long day at work. I also love that it is not a huge complex.

Riverside has the best staff, great location, and very calm and peaceful compared to most apartments downtown. Would highly recommend.
