I love my apartment but the noise I experience from mt neighbors on either side of me as well as the apartment below me with a dog (which the owner antagonizes to growl and bark) has me strongly considering moving to another location.

Thin floors/ceilings, door slamming and barking dogs. Otherwise, a nice place to live.

Love my apartment however the walls are as thin as paper. I can hear my neighbors' alarms go off as well as conversations, opening and closing draws and heavy walking even though I'm on the third floor. Otherwise, the building is super clean and maintenance staff are kind and professional. Any maintenance repairs are addressed within 24hours if not sooner.

Ive been here for almost 3 years. My only issue has been the shared laundry (there is only one machine that 9 units share) The place was brand new when i moved in and the landlords really thoight of everything- the place is gorgeous, easy to get in touch with management if needed- they are resppnsive. The property is kept up well and the building is quite considering its a young population that lives here. Everyone who lives here is respectful of the space, packages etc. like i said other than the laundry, very fee complaints! Ive been very happy here.
