Great place, nice building , nice gym., great staff

Overall, this is an okay place to live. Its over priced but so is the rest of the market. You atleast get an in unit washer/dryer and gym. Heat and hot water are included but im pretty sure they like to skimp out on the hot water since it never stays hot. The staff is really bice and Amanda is always on top of things. I wouldn’t choose to live here again but others mighg be okay with it.

The doors are constantly unlocked outside so im not sure what the point is of paying for a sense of security when they doors are constantly unlocked or the jey fab doesnt even work

I love living at Waterman! The doors are tricky/too many, and the steps outback are not that safe/effeicent, other than that its heen so great and everyone is super nice! Managment is great ????
