Very high rents

The rent is extremely high and continues to get raised, even for long term tenants who are on a fixed income. Tenants who stay and pay their rent on time should be valued and rewarded by not having significant rent increases. EVERY time someone moves out, their apartment has to be refurbished which costs a lot of money, but that never needs to be done for long term tenants. Again, they should be valued and shown appreciation for that!
