The maintenance staff here is great. But thats the only good thing about living here. Its loud between the highway and the building walls being so thin. You can hear conversations through the walls. If your upstairs neighbor moves, you can hear their every step. All of the noise makes it hard to sleep. Not even my ear plugs cancel it. The police are no strangers to here because quite a few people dont know how to behave and rules arent enforced. The walk to wegmans is nice once you get out of the apartment complex because the grass is littered with garbage, cigarette ends, chewing tobacco packets, and dog poop. Theres so much dog poop that the staff sends out email blasts reminding everyone to pick up after their dog. Dogs are always off leash here even though theres a fenced in dog park. The off leash dogs running free are scary enough but mixing them with the cars that speed through the parking lot and ignore the stop signs is a disaster waiting to happen. If you dont get hit in the parking lot, the rent increases will surely take you out. A 25% increase to resign for a year or nearly double your rent if you want to sign month to month. When you bring up any of these issues to the staff, the 3 women in the office dont hesistate to meet you with an attitude and find a way to ignore you. Theres also barely any parking. If you work a traditional 9-5, if you dont make it home by 6, good luck finding a space.

Living here is great. The staff is amazing and the apartments are brand new, and absolutely lovely. Heated pool, open until October! Location is everything as well and happy hours, grocery markets and pharmacies are just a walk away. Treat yourself to an upgrade & make the switch - cause after all, you are worth it ;-)

I moved in this October and so far everything has been phenomenal! The staff in the office is delightful, and the maintenance crew are all absolutely amazing as well. The property is beautiful all around, and the units are very classy and comfortable inside. Location is great too, many things that you need are just a walking distance away. (Hopefully they will add a pool table to the club house soon too, fingers X'd... but even without one, I wouldn't trade living here for anything.) Very impressed with my experience living here over my first 3 months so far and would strongly recommend this property to anyone who is looking.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to comment on the staff here at MPP. The other day, I accidently threw my keys in the dumpster when throwing out my trash. Not only embarrassed but now just have to dig through the trash to find them. While there Jordan walks up and enquires. I explain and without hesitation, he jumps right in with me and ultimately finds my keys. I know it is not a glamourous story, but for sure how this staff go above and beyond to help the guest. Thank you so much for all that you do every day that we see and don't see but feel.
