Awesome Place

I’ve lived at Yardley Crossing since 9/2015. I truly love the place. The staff is so friendly. The neighbors are all so pleasant. I plan to stay for awhile. The new kitchen counters, cabinets are amazing. I am truly in love with my two bedroom.

Loving the new place

We have been very lucky to find this place. The staff are amazing. They answer your question in a very quick manner. I've been here for a month and our experience has been very positive. The only minor issue was the heat but maintenance has been working very had to resolved the problem and we thank you for all your hard work. We are definitely going to stay here for a while and can't wait for the summer so I can enjoy the pool and walks at the canal.

Very Quiet Clean and Beautiful

We have been here for almost a year now and we have fallen in love. Even the two bedroom is pretty spacious! And the Upgrades are right on point. We love the play area for the children and the proximity to Historic Yardley! The neighborhood is always kept clean and its so quiet. We never hear our neighbors and with three children 7 to 18months I asked our neighbors if they hear them and the answer is no!! so great soundproofing. The pool is very pleasant and the preserved greenery makes great educational walks for my children! (we love insects) Getting to Main street is so simple with the pathway to the canal! And parking is never an issue. Maintenance responds very quickly to requests. And the leasing office personnel are also very sweet and always smiling. I have never had such an amazing leasing experience. We plan to stay for awhile!!! I highly recommend this place for any person no matter age or familial status. Its just so nice here! It's pricey but it aligns well with the area, so you're not paying more than the average mortgage. Plus, to be so close to Main Street, its worth it. And the school district is amazing! The exit we use to get onto I-95 is also the quickest out of the two, so my commute to work in NJ is on average 17-25mins even in rush hour! Great Bang for your Buck in Bucks!
