A Great Place to Live!

My family and I have lived at the Thomas Wynne for almost two years and cannot say enough about the wonderful owner, management and staff. They go out of their way to make sure residents are well cared for - particularly during the stress of the pandemic. The property is expansive and beautiful with lots of room for kids to run, a duck pond and walking paths. Parking is ample and the location is convenient to the train, two grocery stores and other shopping. The apartments are very large for the price and well maintained. I can't recommend it enough!

I love this place.

Maintenance and location can't be beat. The only annoying thing is that a lot of people, especially teenagers, are using this property as a public park and the management doesn't do anything about it.

Thank you for your kind review. We're happy that you enjoy our beautiful location and the maintenance team (our best asset!). Our property is part of a trailway that was created for the Township when the neighboring community was built. This has meant that we have people walking through the property to enjoy the grounds. Our policy has been that we do not (and can not) disturb people who are peacefully walking throughout the property. Fortunately, we have not had many noise complaints, especially in the past six months. Hopefully this information is helpful.
