I have lived here for about a year, there is constant renovations being done on apartments near ours without warning and management does not give much warning when maintenance is going to enter the apartment. The apartments are nice but the cost is high. The only thing keeping us here is not wanting to move again and the location. Being so close to suburban square is really the saving grace. Staff are friendly and helpful, but parking is not enforced and the lot is almost at capacity some nights after work.

Apartment was clean, all appliances worked, and staff was helpful. Been living here for 5 months so far and have no complaints.
