My experience was wonderful. From the very befinning, the staff ar Harrison Richards were professional, courteous and made the move and subsequent living experience smooth and straightforward. Maintenance requests or any other questions were answered promptly. The Hamlet building was well taken care of and the apartment itself was nicely renovated. Living here was convenient as it was close to the Septa Ardmore station and shopping and dining at Suburban Square. I would gladly choose living here again.

Lived here for almost 4 years. The kitchen and bathroom had a full remodel in 2013, and are both extremely nice. Maintenance staff has always been very attentive, and they fix things right the first time. The area of Ardmore is very walkable. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and the SEPTA/Amtrak station are all a few minutes away. No amenities and very limited parking are the only negatives.
