Tremaine Place

I am very happy at Tremaine Place! I have only positive things to say and feel a lot of gratitude to the Harrison Richards Inc staff. The Harrison Richards Inc staff that I have emailed (Christina and James) have been super quick to respond to my emails and have been very professional and pleasant to work with. They have been amazing every step of the way and continue to be! Tim has been really helpful, patient and very quick to help with maintenance related requests!

As a family of four, our apartment in Tremaine Place mostly meets our needs and is centrally located in the Bala Cynwyd community. We have been residents since the mid-2010's, and have never experienced anything less than a satisfactory quality of life in a quiet, beautiful community. A highlight of our residence would be its coziness and its warmth in the cold weather. Our appliances are in good to acceptable condition. Some issues we have noticed are the overall age and condition of the apartment. The wiring is limited to the kitchen and bathrooms, which means a lot of your light will have to be purchased or natural. Ceilings have clearly been repainted several times and can be subject to leaks and mold/mildew. Laundry facilities, if they are not in-apartment, are coin-operated and fitful in their effectiveness, which can create problems when one does not have time to hunt through the local banks for quarters, or when there is a broken machine. Maintenance requests are generally answered efficiently, though we have noticed, in recent years, several attempts to establish tenant fault/liability when something is broken or creating a poor quality of life. Overall, Tremaine Place is a pleasant place to live as a young couple or a small family, though there is a need for some TLC.

So far so good. No complaints. Parking on the street is easy, no need to pay to park in the lot behind the building.
