Spacious but overly priced

The apartments are spacious and nice. They are overly priced with no washer and dryer in each apartment. The doors being lock with no call system to unlock the doors is a safety issue. If there is an emergency emergency personal can't get in and the maintenance people don't live on site. There are a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from as well.

Nice place and neighbors

Great location and schools! I love the amount of space. The rent is getting to high to the point of just going to built apartment. However, this place can save you some money. You can always go shopping or out for dinner with so many nice offerings. They sometimes have free lunch for holidays. Last summer they had a pool party with DJ and catered food. I wish they all had there own washers and dryers as in building G but those are smaller in space and more modernized. It's not bad a all! Unfortunately, rent is crazy everywhere. It feels like home!

Great Place for the Easygoing

After a year at Lindy, 1700 Street Road, I will say that, while the noise is a bit much for someone used to a sub-rural lifestyle, and the light is a bit difficult to sleep with, the amenities are great and the service and maintenance prompt and excellent. Though there is not a lot going on for the quintessential young urbanite in the immediate vicinity, there are things to do a bike ride away without an immense clutter.
