Hated living here. Had multiple pipes burst, flooding, MOLD, things break. Loud stomping neighbors and the office did nothing about it ever besides tell us to call the cops.

Office staff does not complete requests in a timely manner. They always tell you "they're working on it" and never provide any updates. Maintenance requests take forever to be completed, and most times take more than once visit to complete. They left sitting water in our dishwasher for over two weeks without coming to drain/fix the issue. Only after multiple calls is when maintenance was sent to advise us that a new dishwasher was needed.

About to complete our first full year of living here and don’t regret moving here. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable. Quiet dispute having so many apartments in the complex. Feel very safe living here. Maintenance is wonderful here. If ever there is ever a problem they take care of it right away. Like the amenities offered. Also like that the staff provides community events like the pool picnic, family movie night, etc. like having a community garden to use. Office staff is accommodating and friendly too. About to renew our lease for another year.
