Parking is great, location is great, maintenance could be befter, and staff coukd be better.

Enjoy living at this apt and kept very clean.

Great place, very new and awsthetic. None of thr “landlord special” here. Good appliances, trash chure in building, ample parking

The building is nice and staff tries to make the parking lot and surrounding area nice but there is dog poop everywhere and there has been police activity in the building. Living here is very nice bur you almost have to live with blinders on to avoid commotion. Generally the people in the building are nice and overall, this building is a nice place to life but like anywhere else (within a reasonable rent cost) you will get undesirable commotion.

So far I’ve had a great time in the complex.

The Ribbon Factory Lofts are certainly an upper class experience with an upper class price, but depending on your situation, it may or may not be worth it. My wife and I have a tiny 400 sqft 1 bedroom apartment and we're almost always on top of each other because there's just nowhere to go. We sometimes question if it's worth $1,500 per month (with another $100 tacked on each year), but price aside, the apartment is nice with good appliances. The only real negative I have is that the walls between apartments are paper thin, so be prepared to hear all of your neighbors' drama, TV shows, music, and snoring.
