Great apartments

Staff is pleasant, cost of rent is pretty good. Voices and footsteps echo heavily, but i think that could be solved by a hotel type of carpet in the hallways. That or longer, bigger area mats, like a few 15-20’ runners in each hallway. And maybe some type of heavy sound board installed running down the ceiling of hallway, large canvas paintings on side of wall. Overall, the property functions well
