first look this apartment is ideal hard wood flooring ample lighting nice windows spacious rooms but you are very quickly reminded that you are still in north philly

It's alright for what it is, despite it being in Kensington. I can appreciate that. Don't try going any higher with rent. Remember this is Kensington not Northern liberties. I don't mind paying $1200 for hardwood floors, new appliances, washer & dryer in apt. But the windows could use a touch up cause they're drafty, the roof Def needs redone and why didn't you put noise canceling insulation between units? Just saying.

I have lived here for a couple of months. I appreciate that none of the residents cause any problems. However, it can get loud during the night time. The walls are a bit thin which causes noises to easily bleed through. The units themselves are aesthetically pleasing. I love that it is pet friendly. The intercom at the entrance is very convenient, allowing guests to call you on your cell phone and allowing them access right on an app. I do want to mention that this is not the safest neighborhood. As long as you mind your business you will be fine!

THE NEIGBORS ARE LOUD AND THE NEIBOR HODD IS NOT GREAT BUT THE PLACE IS NICE AND IT HAS ALOT OF POTENTIAL.

It's been decent so far. Don't really have to much to complain about. New construction in a old warehouse in kensington. It's not highly overpriced but it's close to it. Definitely could use some type of sound cancelation either between units in the walls or provide sound canceling materials for walls in units.

I think the area is not the cleanest or safest but the building itself is secure.
