Lived for 1 year. Quiet, spacious, great location. Appliances are old and sometimes do not function well. Major concerns car break-ins/ damages to vehicles in the parking lot that. May pursueother options for parking, which is less than ideal considering that I drive to wrok daily.

Please come up with a solution for the parking lot. Currently there is an issue with strangers using the parking lot as a cowpath between Filbert and Arch Street
