Great apartments, but gym is lacking

Love the spaces and location, but part of the reason we chose this over competitors was the gym. Unfortunately, a ton of the gym equipment (treadmills, elliptical, bike, erg, etc) is broken or otherwise nonoperational. The weight machines are also old, but at least they are functional. Please sort these out!! I hadn’t accounted for needing a separate gym membership if we moved here, and now I’m wondering if it’s as good a deal as it had seemed.

I've lived here for 3 weeks and the floors seem like they were never replaced from the 50s. There are literally chunks of the floor missing and extreme damage everywhere. They could easily replace the floors to charge even more. Spacious and somewhat sunny though.
