Great area to live and easier street parking than living in zone 4 more closer in center city. My walk is never more than 5 minutes! The apartment itself is very nice because it's brand new.

Moved in recently, no complaints thus far other than elevators are not clean given all the work going on in the building (these should be cleaned more often as they are covered in dust and dirt)

This place is affordable, has nice appliances and amenities, and is in a great location. I dealt with a couple problems, though. First, I'd put in a work request and a lovely property management person would say they let the appropriate vendors/maintenance people know. Then, I could go weeks without anyone coming by, even after following up. My air conditioning wasn't cooling the apartment and it never really got fixed to my satisfaction. The building said it was fixed but no one ever came into my specific unit to see if my problem was unique. Thankfully, it got cold by the time I left. Also, this place wasn't totally ready to move people in, at least on my floor. There was in-building construction that started at 6:00am and went throughout the day. I don't mind it in the late morning/early afternoon because they need to get their work done, but it was frustrating to be woken up by it when I had the chance to sleep in for a couple hours during the work week. The least they could do for residents is wait until 9:00am to start construction, in my opinion. Overall, I wouldn't let this deter anyone from living here. I'd recommend asking if there are any incomplete units/construction on the floor you're looking at moving into. It feels like many of the problems will be more easily addressed when the construction is complete. Everyone here was very friendly and you really can't beat the location.
