I have lived here for 2 years now - there have been some ups and downs for sure. Our least favorite aspect of the building is the energy costs associated with living here. What really keeps us here and the look and feel of it though - it is enough to overcome the lack of amenities, high PECO bills, etc. The neighborhood is amazing and street parking refreshingly available.

Would recommend living here and working with this team. Over three years they responded to building-wide issues through Covid very well, including adding a secure door for packages, getting a new system for door access, and working through fire alarm issues. Maintenance is responsive when necessary and they have a suite of specialist vendors if necessary.

Overall it's a good place to live. Maintenance for minor items around the apartment are tended to pretty quickly. But, when there's any type of major issue with the building itself (something that affects all residence), the property management company is super slow and does not treat the issues with any kind of urgency or importance.

This apartment complex is pricey for what you get. Neighbors are loud. The apartment itself is only OK. and we’ve had pest problems all winter.

The biggest things to note are: - Fixing problems only after they happen, vs. hearing resident feedback about issues and preventing them proactively. For example, we were raising the need for a lock on the mail-room and a lock on the bike-room, but only after things were stolen did that actually happen - Our PECO bill is out of control because the giant windows in our apartment were installed very very poorly. They are incredibly drafty. Some nights are so cold in our bedroom we cant sleep in there, and our PECO bill is hundreds every month just to keep our apt. at 67 degrees. We've even weather-taped the windows but that only helps to an extent.
