We just moved to the property and are very happy with our choice. The rent is a bit high compared to some other locations, but for the free parking in this area it is worth it. There is also a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. The appliances could use some updating, but easier said than done. The property managers are great and are great with communication, and maintenance has been helpful and quick. No noise from the outside, but you can hear your neighbors walking around if you are under someone, just something to get used to. Overall, a good place to live. I would recommend to my friends.
