I've been here around 4 years, and in that time, mgmt has been stellar about responding to maintenance and other messages, and my unit as been totally free of pests or any other major issues. scheduled maintenance isn't too frequent, and notifications are reliable. Only complaint is that my rent is pretty high and the location isn't great; I'd much prefer to be closer to center city. but some people prefer quiet areas, and if that's you, this place is great.

I've lived here for almost four years now. While here I've had nothing but a great experience. The apartments are well-designed and quiet. Despite sharing walls and having someone above me living here has been surprisingly quiet and calm. The friendly community is a big reason why I have never left. The maintenance is one of the best that I've experienced. Whatever I needed was done either the next day or in some cases the day of when I submitted my request. The staff and team have made this a safe and wonderful place to live and call home because there is always someone here to rely on. Living here and having the experience I've had makes me not want to leave, so I think I'll be calling this home for more years to come.

I've lived here for a few years now since the building opened, and I've loved this spot ever since. It's a great place to live, the bus stop is right outside, and despite living in a complex I rarely hear my neighbors. It's a quiet and cute apartment that I was able to make my own.

Overall, I enjoyed living here. Can't beat the price. Unfortunately, I have to move closer to center city. My biggest gripe is that you can hear pretty much everything from the apartment above you.

Living here 2 years, parking on site is a pain. A cramped lot that people frequently park in non-spots. The elevator is good for moving, but slow and unreliable otherwise. Security has frequently been a concern, with no front desk or camera system inside or out. Individual apartments are of decent quality, but price hikes diminish the value greatly. There's a lot worse out there, but don't let that lull you into a false sense of comfort here.
