Studio apartment in center city
Overall great location for getting to anywhere in center city. Safe walking area at night. Pet friendly with a small fee that is not as expensive as what other renters are asking. Mildly dated but not nearly as most in the area. Getting in touch with landlord is a little difficult, but in the year I’ve been here there have not been many issues.
