I've lived here three and a half years. I love the location and off-street parking, happy to have a studio on site and the staff is on top of everything. Will be happy to have an elevator which has been a hindrance for the last year but all-in-all a great place to live. The sad part is rent will just continue to go up and I'm looking to make an investment in myself so I'm planning to purchase a home in the near future. I'll definitely miss everyone.

I like living here. It's quiet and I feel safe. I wish my HVHC worked better. It's cold in here in the winter and hot in here in the summer, no insulation in the roof. My electric bill jumps to $500 December, January and February. I've been living here three years. Oh, and lets not forget it will soon be a year the elevator has been broken. That's been difficult. I like our new property manager, Jordan. I've been seeing improvements since she's been here and she's put together a great maintenance team.
