I’ve lived here since December 2025, and the strongest advantage of this property is its location. It’s only a few blocks from my job, close to Fairmount Park, and surrounded by walkable conveniences. These features make day-to-day living very easy. I would recommend this building to friends and family—but only if the concerns below are taken seriously and addressed. Pros: Excellent location near work, Fairmount Park, and essential stores. Highly walkable neighborhood. Chris on the staff is consistently professional, responsive, and helpful. Cons & Observations: Common Areas: Shared spaces, including business rooms and meeting rooms, are often not well maintained. Compared to similar properties at this price point, cleanliness and upkeep do not seem prioritized. Unit Condition: My apartment’s paint job was noticeably sloppy from the start, and even after pointing it out on day one, it was never corrected. Recreational Equipment: Amenities in both buildings show significant wear and tear, and the deterioration appears to go unnoticed. Safety Concern: The ping-pong area in the North Tower has carpet tiles that shift and separate, creating a slip-and-fall hazard during active play—an accident waiting to happen. To improve resident experience and protect the building’s reputation, I strongly recommend appointing an internal quality-assurance inspector to routinely review conditions and ensure standards are being met. Overall, this could be an excellent place to live with more consistent attention to maintenance and safety.

I have been resident for over 6 months now. My fridge broke within the first month, maintenance is not the best when it comes to resolving issues, several heat issues as well. The front desk staff is very friendly and the location of the apartment is great. For the price, amenities can be better and utilities should be included in the lease.

Amenities are either not working on broken. The gym in North building is freezing cold all the time!
