I've lived in Rittenhouse Row for 8 months. The security is questionable, windows are drafty and don't block sound, and management doesn't handle issues all that well. BUT the apartments are well-sized, the location is great, and generally, it's a good place to live.

The building is dilapidated. Management shows little concern for the residents. Maintenance is not timely. The construction noise is extreme, and starts at 6am or earlier.

I've lived here for a little over a year and highly recommend. The location is great, the apartments themselves are very solid (never heard neighbors footsteps of them talking through the walls), and the staff is elite (Mikaila & Malik are unbelievable at what they do from a leasing & maintenance perspective.

great location - central to all things in center city (city hall, rittenhouse square, public tranportation)! The noise on the weekends at night is pretty loud because across from a few bars. the construction across the street is pretty loud too
