Pine View Property

I've lived here for 8 months, but previously lived here for about a year in 2021. The apartment is a small studio on the 4th floor of a walkup. Pros: Great light, lots of windows. Wood floors and updated kitchen & bathroom. Very cute. Surrounded by trees, beautiful area with coffee shop, bar, restaurants, walking distance to the subway. Washer/dryer right outside in the hallway. Cheapest rent in the city that I could find for a studio apartment. Cons: It's small - it's a studio after all. Street parking. No amenities in the building (no gym, no roof deck, no elevator, no front desk person). The top floor has a bunch of Airbnbs on it, so the cleaning staff coming in and out of each unit can be loud and annoying.

PineView apartments are a great spot to live - perfect neighborhood, decently clean building, cute and updated unit. I was searching for a while before deciding on this one since it's relatively inexpensive compared to other comparable units, and they allow pets. I definitely like living here and plan to stay for a while. Downsides are the it can get a little noisy from the bar on the corner, but if you get a spot on the other side of the building you can barely hear it.
