Overbrook Lofts

I enjoy 900 N 63 Street Overbrook Lofts however form time to time we have problems with the Butterfly system.

i love living here but its hard when they want 10 percent extra on rent because you are 6 days late then to add on another 200 for legal after the 13th day is annoying its almost 400 dollars extra everymonth, just because i get paid bi weekly

Building could be cleaner. Lobby, hallways, carpets, laundry room & elevator aren't kept the cleanest all the time. The building is really nice, a little disappointing that the upkeep isn't up to standards.

I have lived here for under a year and at first glance it seems nice however due to all the shortcuts they took getting this property together it already looks bad. The walls have flat paint and gathers marks easily and cant be cleaned, there are no doorstops, the trash area was place in front of the building after move/in and had no upkeep. Maintenance is barely onsite to keep shared areas clean, the safety lights are always out and it feels sketchy at night. In addition, there aren’t many cameras around the property at all. The tone of the emails to the residents are generally rude and condescending as if they’re speaking to children. Wash machines and dryers are constantly out of order. Very overpriced for what we are receiving. The “dog park” is a joke its about 6 ft x 6ft and theres an HVAC system in the middle. They tried to revive this place and its good for maybe a year but any longer and everything will be dingy and your rent will still be raised despite lack of maintenance or updates. The large windows are great and I love the floors in the apartment.

Good overall time at this location parking is limited but I don't own a car this a great loction if you use public transit.
