Raising the rent was a bad idea!

Manayunk garden is a nice place to live. However, their are some things that change. for example the trash situation need to be handle its no way the parking lot ground should be so stained and amess during trash days. The pool should be opened 24/7 during warm months and every adult should sign a waiver letting them know the property isnt responsible for their children around pool at late hours. The rent should be lowered back and not continue to rise. The only reason I resigned is because i love the area and convenient resturants and fun things to do so close by.

Fine apartment

While this place has gotten better in the last few years, its not the best complex in thw world. Pretty outdated compared to other options. However, its very affordable and thats what i care about.
