I have lived here almost nine years. Since I've always lived in the city...I usually can make any adjustments to any adversity I may experience. If that description fits anybody other than me..you will like living here.

I have lived at madison Apts for approximately 7 years. It is a great place tro live....and the staff and residents are wonderful.

The major plus is the location. It is convenient to public transportation. The building is old and is always in need of repair which they only patch up the problem. There are always major leaks in the apartment that I have occupied for many years. They have changed management at least 3 times since I have been here. The office personnel are much better than the ones in the past. I have had rodent and roach problems.

I have no problems put in a work order it gets done . No problem from neighbors very friendly. Staff are very nice no complaints.
