Hotel life

Its been subpar. There are constant people coming in and out from the short term rentals. Ive had to call the cops numerous times due to loud parties of 100 plud people. I didnt sign up to live in a hotel. It seems that the apartment complex cares more about filling illegal short term rentals than it does residents. Kids use thr airbnb on a prepaid card and throw ragers here. The residents are nice but everyone is over it. The housing code inspector told us there are over 11 violations.

High rent with low attention to details

For the amount of rent you pay in this complex, you would think that the building is maintained properly. That is not the case. Simple things like maintaining clean hallways and walls, removing trash from overcrowded compactor room, and simple maintenance of the property are not being completed. It is very disappointing. Please do better.
