HORRIBLE STAFF, LOUD NEIGHBORS, CHEAP BUT EXPENSIVE
The staff is very reluctant when helping with anything really. Managers purposely don't respond to calls or emails, if you finally are lucky enough to reach them they lie and say that they never received your emails (this has happened four times throughout the year). Managers are not helpful and make it hard for you as a resident (noisy neighbors they say they can't do anything about). The lease is a lie and the management does not follow through some of the lease terms. Location is not even that good, its a 40 minute walk from downtown Philadelphia and rent is expensive. Not worth it!
