Love it!
We have lived at the Frankford Lofts for a little over 2 months now and love it! Great location in Fishtown, very close to so many fun places. Having the parking garage is HUGE, especially having a baby. Our deliveries are safe, people are friendly. Love it!
parking and trash removal
We enter the building in the rear where the dumpsters are placed. Many times the company who picks up the trash leaves a mess in the street that we have to drive over and drag into the garage. They also more times then not leave a dumpster in the middle of the street which affects our ability to turn into the garage with out scraping the sides of the car on the building. We physically have to push them out of the way in order to enter easily. This stinks in rain, snow and ice.
Good place to live
I've lived here for 3 years and this is a great location. Parking is a breeze almost every day. It does get noisy being a loft but overall a good place to live

Nice location, apartment spacious, clean
Great location. Decent value. Noisy af
The location is excellent. Expensive but lots of space and storage within apartments. Tall ceilings, nice floors. But the apartments are very noisy. Every footstep from above can be heard with loud creaks that will wake you from sleep (I've had to invest in earplugs to sleep and that doesn't always work).
