Poorly maintenances building

The building is in a great location very accessible to public transportation, but very poor maintenance team. They dont respond to maintenance requests on time, its unfair to the people who work and pay their rent with no government assistance. I’ve never had to live in such poor conditions this building is more like a shelter more so than apartment homes. From the tenants down to property manager and maintenance team, the people are nice but they do not do their jobs to ensure a clean safe living space.

My experience

So I’ve only been living here for almost 3 months now I do like the facility I do like the staff members. Every staff member that I had any interaction with has been very pleasant. The maintenance staff is great. The office staff is great. There is a few issues that I do have with the building, I do not like how the front door is not always closed. I have seen random homeless looking people walking in that does not make me feel comfortable as a young woman that lives by themselves and I think the building could get a refresh. Need some paint in the cleanings could be a little bit better, but other than that, I don’t have any issues.
