I've lived here for two years and love it. The location is great, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and entertainment. The train station is a couple blocks away, and Ardmore is across the river. Maintenance is responsive and the staff are very helpful.

I moved in about 3 months ago and haven't been happier! The apartments are a little bit older but everything has been kept in great condition. My only complaint would have to be that my toilet makes a funny noise after you flush it but it gives my apartment more character haha. Otherwise, I haven't had any issues and the price point with the location matched makes it a steal! Absolutely love it.
