My partner and I have lived here for over a year and a half and LOVE IT! The area is so easy to walk to things like the grocery store or to get food and there's plenty of FREE parking! The staff at goes above and beyond to make sure all residents are happy/tended too and maintenance is fast and efficient if an issue ever arises. The nice thing as that it's not a huge complex so you get to know your neighbors/community very well. It's a quieter section of the city compared to center city but still with lots of the hustle and bustle that you would want. Cannot recommend enough!

After living here for a year with my spouse and dog, we couldn't wait to renew! The location is walkable to some of the best spots in Philly and the entire Streamline team is so amazing! Maintenance is timely when you submit a work order and the neighbors are all so kind but the best part is that you can't hear them through the walls like at other places we've lived! You're getting the best bang for your buck here!
