office space; parking is a little limited and the noise level at times can be a bit loud. The staff and the value are excellent. The climate is great

This building used to be fantastic and great value. Recent management changes seem to be only interested in the rent. They are decidedly very slow and unresponsive to address maintenance issues. At times, maintenance items that need replacement gets many patches instead, hence, leading to repeated reoccurrence and issues.

The women's bathroom is not cleaned enough, sometimes we run out of toilet paper and the door still doesn't shut correct

As of 07/2/2021, 3rd floor ladies restroom, both sinks are clogged and won't go down.
